Choose your specification and send us your wishes. This does not create a purchase contract or an obligation to pay.
Reply as soon as possible
We check stock or sourcing and reply personally. The quotation states the specification, total price including taxes, shipping costs and delivery date.
Confirm & pay by bank transfer
The purchase is concluded only when you accept our binding quotation. We send you the bank details and amount payable.
Dispatch after payment is received
We dispatch in-stock items on the confirmed schedule after receiving the agreed payment. For sourced and made-to-measure goods, sourcing, production and payment are agreed beforehand.
We agree all services and costs with you before your binding order. Your personal quotation sets out what you receive and when it will be delivered.
In-stock and sourced goods
For in-stock furniture, mattresses, toppers and fabrics: we confirm availability, total price and delivery date. After you accept the binding quotation, we provide the bank-transfer details. We dispatch or deliver on the confirmed schedule after receiving the agreed payment.
If an item is not in stock, we check sourcing and agree the delivery time and payment terms with you. Please do not transfer money based only on an enquiry or its receipt confirmation.
Payment for furniture made specifically for you
- 60% before production starts: after the contract is concluded, according to the payment agreement in the quotation.
- Photos and video: once production is complete, we show you your finished furniture.
- 40% before delivery: the balance is paid by the agreed due date after the photos and video have been sent.
The payment method and specific due dates are stated in the quotation or invoice. Statutory defences and rights of retention remain unaffected. Photos, video and payment do not replace inspection on delivery and do not limit your rights relating to defects.
Delivery within Berlin
We offer delivery into your home, including assembly. The exact scope and costs are set out in the quotation before you order. If delivery and assembly are included in the total price, this is expressly stated there.
Delivery outside Berlin
We check your delivery address and agree transport, assembly and costs individually. You know the agreed total costs before ordering.
Access and appointment
Please tell us the floor, lift availability and any particular features of doors, corridors and stairs. This helps us plan delivery. Any additional services needed are agreed separately.
The lead time for your chosen design is agreed in the quotation. We arrange the specific delivery appointment with you. If a delay becomes likely, we inform you; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
